ESM (Electronic Support Measures) is a key capability in the defence sector realised through the detection and identification of radar signals. A Micro ESM system is so small that it can be carried in the hand or mounted on very light unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV’s). It can be standalone or networked to create an intelligent array along a border, or coastline. It can be low enough in cost to be deployed in high volume.
